After a period of testing and dreaming, Cabra Coffee owner Hannah Johnson has made the leap to roasting coffee in-house! Following the roasting guidelines by Scott Rao, (coffee roasting master and author of several specialty coffee books), as well as equipment and tech support from Mill City Roasters, she hit the ground running with the help of her new roaster Lindsay to create a number of roasts for our drip coffee, espresso, and cold brew that we are now serving! They have been carefully roasting and cupping to perfect their recipes and serve Cabra's customers only the best quality coffee.
We hope you enjoy these new coffee profiles, and please let us know what you think! You can purchase a 12oz bag of fresh beans from our cafe, carefully packaged in compostable (and reusable!) bags.
